It features a sturdy base made from solid oak wood, which ensures the structure's stability. The product stands tall with sisal-wrapped columns that provide a textured surface for cats to scratch and climb, encouraging their instincts.

US Orders Only

We offer shipping for US orders only and shipping is FREE!

Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation/payment, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...). 
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

1. We only offer delivery on U.S. excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.
2. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tracking

  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

  • If your order has not shipped yet, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number to change your shipping address.
  • Sorry, you cannot change your shipping address if your order has already been shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
