At the top is a round cane basket, below, dual oval platforms extend outward, providing ample space for spirited play or poised jumping, each shaped to accommodate the fluid agility of cats.

The middle part is the signature feature of it, a charming rattan dome cabin, a secluded retreat that provides a sense of security and privacy when resting or playing. The open weave allows air to circulate freely.

On the first floor, Dome presents two distinct options to cater to varied feline preferences. Choose between the gentle sway of a hammock, or opt for the sturdy comfort of an additional rattan basket, both designed to complement the natural aesthetics of Dome.

US Orders Only

We offer shipping for US orders only and shipping is FREE!

Processing Time

  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipping Location:

1. We only offer delivery on U.S. excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.
2. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

Address Changing

  • If your order has not shipped yet, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number to change your shipping address.
  • Sorry, you cannot change your shipping address if your order has already been shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
