Arc is anchored by a robust, round solid oak base. Three handcrafted rattan baskets, each nestled at a different height to cater to your cat's climbing instincts and preference for varied vantage points. The open weave allows air to circulate freely, ensuring your pet stays cool while resting. Between the three baskets are two arc solid wood platforms. Connecting them are sisal-covered columns whose curved surfaces provide plenty of room for stretching, scratching and climbing. Two hanging pompoms can make the cat enjoy interactive play and awaken the cat's playful nature.

US Orders Only

We offer shipping for US orders only and shipping is FREE!

Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation/payment, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...). 
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

  • Shipping method: FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Shipping Location:

1. We only offer delivery on U.S. excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.
2. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

Address Changing

  • If your order has not shipped yet, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number to change your shipping address.
  • Sorry, you cannot change your shipping address if your order has already been shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
